Community Schools Technical Assistance Provider
As a trusted technical assistance provider, we partner with school districts, lead partner agencies, and community stakeholders to design, implement, and strengthen effective Full Service Community Schools strategies. We bring a systems-thinking approach that blends strategy, capacity-building, and a deep understanding of social-emotional wellbeing, enabling schools to move from siloed support models to integrated, sustainable solutions.
Our supports include:
-
Community Schools begin with clarity, intention, and shared purpose. Our design and implementation services are designed to support the critical first steps of the FSCS transformation journey. During this period, we help schools, communities, and partners move from vision to strategy through a process grounded in discovery, alignment, and activation.
-
Evaluation in Community Schools is an annual shared process to support reflection, foster learning, and build collective trust. Our Evaluation and Continuous Improvement services are grounded in the belief that data should be used as a tool for storytelling, equity, and actionable growth. This service is especially critical during the Deepening and Coherence phase (Years 4–6), when systems begin to scale and refine their implementation.
-
Community Schools thrive through deep, authentic, and mutually beneficial partnerships. Our Partnership Development and University-Assisted Models (UACS) services are designed to build the systems, relationships, and infrastructure needed to scale sustainable and integrated partnerships. This work is critical at any stage, but particularly in the Launch and Strategic Exploration (Years 1-3) or Deepening and Coherence (Years 4–6) phases depending on the strategy and funding structure. This work is also ongoing and is likely to evolve over the lifecycle of a community schools initiative.
-
Culture is the foundation of thriving schools. Our Wellbeing Framework services are designed to build human-centered environments where healing, care, and trust guide every aspect of the Community Schools strategy. This service is crucial across all phases, but especially during the Sustainability and System-Wide Transformation phase (Years 7–10), when the culture must be reinforced, scaled, and embedded.
