1. Revenue Growth and Diversification: Financial sustainability is fundamental to our long-term success. Diversifying revenue streams through coaching, consulting, and product sales ensures a robust and stable income.

Thought Leadership and Brand Authority: Establish The Work Well Studio as a thought leader in well-being, equity, and organizational culture through building a strong brand presence and thought leadership positioning the organization as an experts in the industry, attracting clients, and enhancing our influence in driving positive change.

3. Organizational Impact and Change-Capability: Create a lasting impact on organizations by fostering well-being and equity, making them change-capable. Provide high-impact consulting services, offer transformative coaching programs, and develop and deliver an adjunct course emphasizing holistic organizational cultures.

4. Customer Base Expansion and Retention: Expand the customer base and ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Improving customer experience to ensure long-term relationships and continuous growth through valuable insights.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Mykella has served for 5 years on a Community Wellness Committee that is committed to, and embraces the various approaches to thriving health and wellness across cultures and communities. This committee is driven by diverse stakeholder investment including federal, state, county, and local government representatives, as well as a diversity of community members. This necessary, and unique make up of members allows for innovative and groundbreaking approaches to individual and collective well-being to be created, implemented, and evaluated in impactful and proactive ways.

Mykella is an Organizational Wellbeing Leader, Social Educator, Strategy Architect, Certified Executive Coach and Speaker with experience in collective well-being research, equity fame-work development, creative problem-solving, and coalition-building. She coaches leaders to develop innovative organizations that are responsive to their employee's whole person. Further supporting companies in their journey to foster learning-focused, wellbeing-driven, futures for their teams.

Mykella believes in the purpose and priority of individual and collective wellbeing and is committed to reducing barriers to access and success for all employees. Mykella's philosophy is built on the notion that we do better when we work together. Her purpose in life is to contribute to the solution that helps to produce and sustain equitable outcomes and is grounded in systems-based and human-centered approaches to building justice work cultures.

EDUCATION: Mykella has a Post-Graduate Certification in public Policy and Urban Affairs Management, a Master of Arts in Leadership, as well as professional certifications in Organization Design Thinking for Innovation, Coaching for Professionals, The Science of Well-Being, and Business Communication.
