One of the most common problems that organizations that I work with are experiencing right now, is a decrease in staff engagement and continued high staff turnover rate. In partnering with these organizations I am able to coach them through the process of conducting comprehensive assessment of current culture, policies, and practices, to then design tailored strategies to address the unique challenges of the organization, incorporating belonging, wellbeing, and trust.
